IWITEI 2017 will seek original papers and experience reports. All papers and reports should be written in English conforming to the IEEE standard conference (8.5"*11",Two-Column) as shown in :

Each accepted paper is limited to 5 to 6 pages. Manuscripts should be submitted through Easychair system in PDF or MS WORD format. https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=iwitei2017

Papers should include: title, authors, affiliations, 150-word abstract and list of keywords. Please identify the contact author clearly, including name, position, mailing address, telephone and fax numbers, and email address. At least one of the authors of each accepted paper must register and present the paper at IWITEI 2017.
